We have partnered with Anderson Custom Homes and Ryann Thornton with Centennial Bank on several projects, including Bequette Farms, Wellington Hills, Oakmont, and Collins Cove. In these areas, we offer two options for buyers: either $7,000-$10,000 towards closing costs or a 2/1 rate buy down and $3,000 lender credit with preferred lenders.
The first option means that we will cover a portion of the closing costs for the buyer, which can help reduce the upfront expenses associated with purchasing a home. The second option involves a rate buy down, which means that the buyer will have a lower interest rate for the first two years of their mortgage. For example, if the interest rate is 7%, the buyer would pay 5% for the first year and 6% for the second year. Additionally, they will receive a $3,000 lender credit when they work with our preferred lender.
We believe these options can help make homeownership more accessible and affordable for our clients.
